At CIKADA CLOTHING, we aim to deliver every order safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA

Delivery time: 5–8 business days
Shipping charge: ₹40
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.

ECONOMY SHIPPING
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: ₹60
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping charge: ₹80
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to eligible destinations.

International shipping charge: ₹1,100.

Free international shipping is available on orders of ₹6,999 and above.

Estimated international delivery time: 5–20 business days.

International delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, local courier operations, destination-country regulations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email address are correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work with our shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, CIKADA CLOTHING cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, customs clearance or incorrect address information.

COD

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

We plan to introduce COD in the future and will update our customers when it becomes available.
